Dr. Kenneth Wutoh takes oath; joins Robbinsdale School Board
Dr. Kenneth Wutoh has officially joined the Robbinsdale Area Schools (Rdale) Board of Education after taking the oath of office during the Board’s regular meeting on Monday, April 7.
“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the privilege and honor of joining the School Board,” said Dr. Wutoh. “I am deeply committed to serving, and I come ready to engage and collaborate. I bring with me the lens of my lived experiences as a parent, a father, an immigrant, a spouse of a district employee—and most importantly, a proud member of this community.”
The Board selected Dr. Wutoh, in part, because he was the next highest vote-getter in the November 2024 general election, in which incumbents Helen Bassett and Greta Evans-Becker and newcomer Aviva Hillenbrand were elected. He will serve through December 2028.
Dr. Wutoh was appointed to the Board in February to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Director Sharon E. Brooks.
